    Hi,

    I took forwardStep problem and replaced the step with a 15 degree slope. I wanted to simulate the problem for air so i made 2 changes from (Cp : 2.5, molWeight : 11640.3 , this is default to state a=1 for 1 m/s )(Cp 2.5 -> 1005, molWeight -> 28.9 : for which a is around 329.__) . Next, I edited fields T,U,P as follows:

    T by default is initialised to 1 k in internalField and Boundary : inlet, inletOutlet to 1 k, I replaced all 1 k with 270 k.

    similarly U is by default taken 3 (Ma = 3) in all entries(internalField,Boundary inlet, inletOutlet), I replaced with 500 (Ma>1)

    likewise pressure internalField and inlet value is changed from default 1 to 1e5 , while pressure outlet remained zerogradient (i didn’t change it.)

    I am attaching the images at 4 timeframes for P,U,rho between 0.005 to 0.02 . I tried. Please help me understand this problem.
