    Hi Shahad, it will be hard to explain the entire Navier stokes Equation here as a reply. The second module of this course is dedicated to that. Basically, governing equations (continuity, momentum, and Energy) are partial differential equations that define flow physics. In CFD what we are doing is developing numerical methods to solve those equations with different boundary conditions using computers.
    I would recommend you to go through Fluid Mechanics by Frank M white for more explanation after watching the videos in the Second module. That will give you a better understanding.
