    Hi Baris,

    While i have devided the paraview files in 4 parts.

    /*
    tushar@tushar-VirtualBox:~/OpenFOAM/tushar-7/run/damBreak/damBreak$ ls
    0 1 Allrun constant log.blockMesh log.interFoam log.setFields processor0 processor1 processor2 processor3 system
    tushar@tushar-VirtualBox:~/OpenFOAM/tushar-7/run/damBreak/damBreak$ ls pro*
    processor0:
    0 constant pro0.foam

    processor1:
    0 constant pro1.foam

    processor2:
    0 constant pro2.foam

    processor3:
    0 constant pro3.foam
    */

    But while i am opening it in paraview, only para0.foam is appearing and rest of 3 paraview files are not visible.

    Regards,
    Tushar Pandey

    Hi Baris,

    Hi Tushar,

    sorry for late reply.

    As far as I understood you receive this error when you try to make decomposion with scotch method for damBreak case right?

    Dambreak case is not a complex geometry and its mesh is created using blockMesh. However, still I dont think that error comes from this.

    Could you make ls on your case folder and then again make decomposePar . Bcs it says that cant find p_rgh file under /0 folder.

    Let me know please

    Hi again,

    Can you also show me results of “ls pro*”

    Hi Tushar,

    You pc has only 1 CPU thats why you cant run your case parallel. Also I saw that ls results under of damBreak folder that there is no /0 folder. Where is it?

    Can you confirm that you have /0 folder under of your case folder?

    Barış
