    Hi Imani,
    Were you able to compile properly for a Hello World program?
    Could you share a screenshot of the code for reference?
    Best regards

      I solved the problem by writing:

      gcc VariablesAndDataTypes.cpp -o VariablesAndDataTypes -lstdc++

      Does it mean that I don’t have gcc or g++?

        You can check the installed version for GCC and g++ using the commands:
        gcc –version
        g++ –version

        If g++ is not installed it will show ‘g++’ not found.

        Did you try the compiling with the flag -o using g++ to create the o file?

        Best regards
        Rahul

          Both gcc and g++ are found.

          Yes I compiled using gcc VariablesAndDataTypes.cpp -o VariablesAndDataTypes -lstdc++
