    It is not just for the k-omega model, but for all RANS models, you will get such options.
    You can choose any method. There are empirical formulae to calculate the Intensity value and viscosity ratio based on Re. The length scale is normally the diameter of the pipe/duct etc.
    If you have no data with you, you can always choose the default values given in the solver. There won’t be a big change in the results based on these inlet turbulence boundary conditions.
